1 Account Creation

1.1. In order to use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2 NFT Marketplace

2.1 LayerLoot.io operates as a marketplace for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Users can buy, sell, and trade NFTs through the Service.

2.2 LayerLoot.io does not own or create the NFTs listed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for the creation, listing, and authenticity of their NFTs.

3 User Conduct

3.1 You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
• violate, infringe, or misappropriate other people's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• post or share anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation
• engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities;

3.2 LayerLoot.io reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any accounts that violate these Terms or that are otherwise deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

4 Fees and Payments

4.1 LayerLoot.io may charge fees for certain transactions on the platform, including but not limited to listing fees, royalty fees, and transaction fees.

4.2 Listing Fees: A 2% listing fee is charged to sellers for listing their NFTs on the LayerLoot.io platform.

4.3 Royalty Fees: Sellers may also be subject to royalty fees when listing their NFTs. Royalty fees are calculated as a percentage of the sale price and are payable to the original creator or rights holder of the NFT. The percentage and terms of royalty fees are determined by the seller and are disclosed at the time of listing.

4.4 Transaction Fees: Transaction fees may be charged to buyers for purchasing NFTs on the LayerLoot.io platform. The amount of the transaction fee and the party responsible for paying it (buyer or seller) will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

4.5 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by LayerLoot.io.

5 Intellectual Property

5.1 The content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by LayerLoot.io or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Service without prior written consent from LayerLoot.io.

6 Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LayerLoot.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7 Changes to Terms

7.1 LayerLoot.io reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
